Simmons, better known as Rev Run, was born on November 14, 1964, in Queens, New York, USA. He is the band Run-youngest D.M.C.’s member. In 1981, he co-founded Run-DMC with DJ Jason “Jam-Master Jay” Mizell and Darryl “DMC” McDaniels.
Simmons and Vaughn had three children together before divorcing in 1992. They both moved on in their lives by marrying again. Joseph Simmons married Justine Simmons in 1994 and had four children, while Vaughn married Alfonzo.
