Tester and His Energy Company

Marty Lagina, one of The Curse of Oak Island’s main treasure hunters, and Tester go way back to college when they were roommates. They both graduated from Michigan Technological University and work in the energy industry as partners.

Terra Energy, the duo’s previous company, was in the oil business. However, it was reported in the 1990s that they sold the company for a large sum of money. The two are now partners in Heritage Sustainable Energy, the largest wind turbine company in Michigan and one of the largest in the Mid-Western United States. Tester is the company’s founder and Vice-President/Manager of Rock Management Group. He is in charge of the project’s technical engineering aspects.

With his involvement in The Curse of Oak Island, Oak Island Tours Incorporated, and Heritage Sustainable Energy, it’s no surprise that Tester has a net worth of around $5 million, according to Foreign Policy.
