His most recent post with his kid, dated August 10, 2021, demonstrates how close the two are. He jokes that his son will never let him relax completely.

The entertainer believes that having a child has improved every area of his life, from compassion to work performance. Nick stated:
My son has had an impact on every facet of my life. It made me care even more about everything. It simply improved my character. I believe it is simply improving my comedy. Further elaborating on how becoming a father has influenced his life for the better, the comedian stated that fatherhood came to him when he was ready, which he found motivating.
Because of his son, the stand-up comic said that life was exciting for him. He stated that he was more enthusiastic about routine activities such as returning home and working.
The actor also claimed that working more didn’t bother him as much as it used to because he knew he was doing everything for his son, not just for himself and his wife.
