With several A-list celebrities marrying amid the global pandemic like Scarlett Johansson and Liz Gillies, YouTuber Mr. Fruit’s wedding ceremony is perhaps the prettiest.
Mr. Fruit is known for his unusual moniker, as well as his YouTube channel’s playthroughs of a range of games, accompanied by his smooth voice articulating the smart and funny narration.
Anyone who knows the YouTube gaming sensation knows he doesn’t follow the rules, and everything he does is unique and charming, much like his online alias. As a result, during his five-year relationship with Claire Beck-Alper, he threw convention out the window.
So, what factors contributed to Mr. Fruit’s wedding being a complete success? We have all the information right here!
Gaming is Mr. Fruit’s, First Love
Mr. Fruit’s two YouTube channels, Mr. Fruit and More demonstrate this. Mr. Fruit is a gamer, as seen by his podcast and Twitch account. He expresses his enthusiasm for gaming in his 2017 video “Draw My Life,” in which he recounts discovering and playing Pokemon on Gameboy.
Mr. Fruit, real name Christian Miller, is so passionate about gaming that he dropped out of college to stay active on his YouTube channel, as he states in his channel’s About section.

That move, based on his over 2 million YouTube subscribers, could not have been more profitable.
Mr. Fruit is currently focused on selling his stuff, which adds to his impressive net worth, in addition to his married life and a variety of gaming channels.

In August 2020, Mr. Fruit and His Girlfriend Claire Married
Mr. Fruit disclosed on episode 50 of the GG over EZ podcast that he married on August 8, 2020. “Tomorrow Ms. Fruit becomes Mrs. Fruit,” he tweeted on August 7, 2020, hinting at his upcoming wedding.
Fruit shared that the wedding was low-key owing to the epidemic, with his regular podcast buddies Shabby and Blue in attendance, as well as artist John Silva, and that the newly married pair had their pups posing as witnesses to their wedding vows.
The YouTuber also revealed in the same podcast that, while his true name isn’t Fruit, his wife Claire would gladly take the moniker if he could officially alter his last name to Fruit.
He didn’t do it, though, because it would upset his parents. With such a life-or-death commitment, it’s understandable that he put a ring on it, even if it took him a few years.

As a Married Couple, Spend Time Together
Mr. and Mrs. Fruit have rarely continued to appear on each other’s social media after being married, instead of focusing on their social duties as a married couple.
On November 26, 2020, they celebrated their first Thanksgiving as a married couple, which was one of their first posts together. Mr. Fruit expressed his gratitude for his wife in a nice tweet.

Mr. Fruit proposed to Claire after a five-year relationship.
He proposed to Claire in July 2018, and they announced their engagement through Instagram.
Mr. Fruit released their engagement images and their first-ever photo together on Twitter on December 11, 2019.
Although it is impossible to say when they began going out, their social media activity suggests it was sometime in early 2015. Claire, who is adept at crafting homemade posters, posted a photo of a gift received by Mr. Fruit on August 15, 2015, and referred to him as “bae,” implying that they had already been together for some time.
Since then, they’ve appeared in each other’s social media feeds a few more times, most notably in party images and hilarious tweets. Claire’s graduation was their first Instagram photo together.
Through these charming posts, their blossoming friendship and the strength and togetherness they established could be seen.
On March 25, 2018, Mr. Fruit tweeted an old Halloween photo with Claire, and on September 19, 2019, he announced that he postponed his travel plans to care for Claire, who was suffering from a fever. On Claire’s birthday, April 6, 2019, he even decreased his video material to one per day to spend time with her.
