On August 24, 2018, he released his next single, “Good Vibes Soldier,” which was co-produced with Israeli reggaeton and rap artists.
On November 2, 2018, he released “Magic,” a big room single with uncredited vocals by Vassy. Dancing Astronaut praised the track for its resemblance to David Guetta’s “Bad” vocals and as a return to KSHMR’s older-era sound.KSHMR revealed that “Magic” was originally produced with Adrian Lux two years prior, but the duo failed to steer the track in the right direction at the time. Lux eventually gave the song to au courant, but KSHMR continued to act on it until its final release.
