Gregory, his father, is an Italian businessman and film producer, and Kellee, his mother, is German.
During an episode of GQ’s Me in October 2018, Centineo revealed that he is half Italian, Dutch, and Native American. He also revealed that he had a Puerto Rican connection.
The heartthrob, who stands at 6 feet 012 inches (1.84 meters), went to Boca Raton High School for elementary school before moving to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
