After her parents split, she was raised by her grandparents in Stamford, Connecticut, from the age of 11 or 12. Her grandfather, Robert Owens, was a Black American who was born in North Carolina, while her grandmother is of Caribbean descent. From her parents, Ownes has three siblings. She is the youngest of four siblings.
Candace, the host of a political podcast, attended Stamford High School. She went on to the University of Rhode Island to study journalism as an undergraduate.
She began her career as an intern at the Vogue magazine in New York. In 2012, Ownes worked as an administrative assistant for a private equity business in Manhattan, New York. She was then promoted to vice president of administration at the same company.
She and Her Husband George Farmer Have a Son
Ownes married her partner George Farmer, a British Oxford graduate, in August 2019. She reportedly wore three gowns to her wedding, while her guests wore red ‘Make Weddings Great Again’ caps to the reception. Larry Elder, actor Jon Voight, entrepreneur Charlie Kirk, and Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage were among her guests.
Her wedding took place near Charlottesville, Virginia, at Trump Winery. Interestingly, after only two and a half weeks of dating, the couple got engaged during a FaceTime conversation. They initially met in February of that year at the founding of a right-wing student club in the United Kingdom.

On January 13, 2021, Ownes and Farmer welcomed their first child. The conservative novelist confirmed the birth of her first kid on Twitter, writing, “It’s true what they say: when your child is born, the entire world comes to a halt. 1/13/21 My firstborn child.” However, the couple has kept their baby’s name a mystery.
The farmer was named the new CEO of the social media app Parler in May 2021, after the service was reintroduced to Apple’s App Store. Following the tragic US Capitol uprising, the network was previously removed from the Apple App Store.

Lesbian Controversy with Owens
On July 9, 2017, the political analyst posted a video on YouTube titled ‘Mom, Dad…I’m a Conservative,’ in which she stated that she was homosexual and liked girls.
The statement became the talk of the town, and many people began to criticize her on social media. Ownes later clarified on Twitter that she was not a lesbian in real life. She claimed that she used such things in the film to demonstrate how conservatism had become the new gay.
