Fox News Reporter Jenna Elli’s Wikipedia Snippet | A Controversial Trump Advisor

On December 8, 2020, Fox News reporter Jenna Ellis becomes the next member of President Trump’s administration to be afflicted by COVID.

Ellis was the President’s team’s Constitutional Law Attorney. Before they became President Trump’s Senior Legal Advisor in November 2019, few people knew her name except for Fox News viewers.

However, after working for Trump’s administration with a view on his 2020 presidential election, the seasoned attorney — who is renowned for being vociferous about her opinions and unrepentant in her statements — has gained more notoriety.

That is why people are looking for her Wikipedia page, but Trump’s senior legal adviser does not have a Wikipedia page dedicated to her that could provide light on her biography. In reality, Ellis is notorious for maintaining a low public presence.

As a result, we hope to learn more about Ellis through this essay, including her background, professional experience, and some of her controversial opinions.

Jenna Ellis is a Colorado State University Journalism Graduate

Jenna Ellis, a Colorado native, and current resident grew up in an evangelical Christian family. Her upbringing was founded on sound teaching, theology, love for God, a grasp of the Christian worldview, and acceptance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior.

Ellis was homeschooled from kindergarten through grade 12, and as a 14-year-old, she attended a class expressly for homeschooled students focused on civic training, which sparked her interest in law and advocacy. She decided to pursue journalism in college after graduating from high school and attended Colorado State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism.

She later earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law and graduated with honors from the World Journalism Institute.

She is also a Fellow at the Centennial Institute’s Constitutional Law & Public Policy department at CCU.

Ellis Has a Long History of Working as a Lawyer

Ellis had a long career in the legal field before joining Trump’s campaign as his Senior Legal Advisor. She has worked as a constitutional law attorney and even established and taught a curriculum for a law school.

Jenna Ellis began her professional career immediately after finishing her B.A. Her first internship was in the White House press office during the Bush 43 administration.

She then worked as a clerk for two Colorado courts before becoming a legal clerk for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office in 2011.

After that, Ellis officially began her legal career in Washington, D.C., where she began as a contract attorney for the United States Department of State. She was also a member of the legal team that represented the United States in contract disputes and the Department of the Navy.

Ellis then returned to her native state of Colorado and began working as a prosecutor. She did that for a while before going into private practice as a criminal defense and constitutional law attorney.

The Ellis-Levine Controversy’s Aftermath

The LGBTQ community was outraged by this tweet. In response to this post, Levine’s spokesman told NBC News, “(she) does not have time for this crap.”

However, the Trump campaign’s senior legal counsel refused to apologize for her remark, even calling the criticism “both humorous and tragic.”

She is a Supporter of Conservative Ideas and the Christian faith

Her pinned tweet on her Twitter account alone demonstrates how strict a Christian she is. “I’m going on record now: If they try to cancel Christianity, if they try to force me to apologize or recant my Faith, I will not bend, waver, or break,” the tweet says. “I stand on Christ, the Rock.”

There are countless other tweets from her about things like Bible quotes and pointing out religious motives, or lack thereof, in other people’s statements and behavior, particularly those active in politics.

However, Jenna Ellis is Widely Perceived as Anti-LGBTIQ+

Many people regard her words and statements about the LGBTIQ+ community as harsh or insulting. In October 2019, she claimed that the LGBTQ forum was not an “equality forum,” but rather a hate-based community.

Similarly, in January 2020, GLAAD created a Twitter thread highlighting Ellis’s history of anti-gay comments. In light of this, NBC News described Ellis as having a history of expressing anti-gay statements.

Going back to one of her April 2016 Facebook postings revealed that she deemed being transgender a “logical fallacy” and used “gender biology” and “Creator designer” arguments to explain her remarks.

When one of the users challenged her reasoning, saying that it lacked empathy, she responded by questioning the community’s “contentions” and directing the commentator to read the “Gospel of Luke” to gain a better understanding of the situation.

More recently, on August 10, 2020, Ellis dubbed the Pennsylvania Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine, a transgender woman, a “guy” in a tweet.

Because the health official had called out the reporter who had misgendered her, she chastised him, saying, “This guy is making choices about your health.”
