Maurice Dubois, the anchorman for the CBS Network, is married to Andrea Adair and has two gorgeous children. His parents and his ever-expanding job have both contributed to his happy personal life.
The Honeymoon Was Ruined As A Result of September 11th
Although an exaggeration, it’s reasonable to say that Dubois’ honeymoon did not go as planned as a result of the heartbreaking 9/11 tragedy.
The television presenter and his wedded bride flew to Paris for their honeymoon after marrying his girlfriend on August 31, 2001. However, the Islamic terrorist group Al-Qaeda struck the World Trade Center and the Pentagon in New York while they were still in the city. The husband-and-wife team was stranded in Paris for four days as the incident’s photos devastated them.
Dubois, who had no choice but to watch the news as a commoner, did his best to put his journalistic abilities to good use. While stuck in Paris, he conducted interviews with Europeans and worked on a paper to show that Europeans and Americans were on the same page when it came to combating global terrorism.
In a Facebook post dated September 11, 2018, the CBS reporter detailed his terrifying ordeal. On his way back to his house, he mentioned how he would never forget the huge hole in the skyline where the buildings formerly stood.
Has Two Children Wife
Dubois and Andrea Adair have been married for almost two decades. Not only are they husband and wife, but they are also parents to two sons. Brandon Dubois, their first son, was born on April 2, 2008, and their second son was born in 2013.
Dubois proudly displays his parenting by posting images of his children on Instagram. It’s clear from the photos that he enjoys spending time with them, touring historical sites, and playing in the snow in his spare time.
