He was reportedly seeing his then-girlfriend Sylve, a major dancer with the San Francisco Ballet, in 2011. Their relationship, however, quickly deteriorated, and they split up within a year.
In 2012, he began dating Cole, a British model, and actress. They were also publicly seen in late December 2013 on his luxury yacht near the Caribbean island of St. Barts. However, their relationship did not work out, and they ceased appearing in public.

Dorsey had an on-again, off-again romance with American artist ex-girlfriend Greer in between all of these romantic engagements. The couple first appeared together in 2010 at a red carpet event in New York City. Dorsey was linked to various ladies after they were not seen together for several years.
Greer shared the happy news on Instagram after the couple reconciled in 2013. She shared videos of the two of them in Japan on vacation. They were also seen together at the 2014 New York City gala events. Aside from that, they kept their dating lives under wraps. As a result, it’s unclear when the couple broke up. In addition, the cause of their breakup is yet unknown.
