Philip James Madelen Rucker, also known as Philip Rucker, is a Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter who has worked for The Washington Post since 2005 as the White House Bureau Chief. He covered Trump’s successful 2016 presidential campaign and Mitt Romney’s failed 2012 presidential campaign previously.
