How did Pentatonix come to be?
Michael Coby Mitchell Grassi, better known as Mitch Grassi, was born to Mike and Nel Grassi on July 24, 1992. He went to Martin High School in Arlington and has had a lifelong fascination with theaters. He met his current group members, Scott Hoying and Kristin Maldonado, in elementary school when they were both eight years old.
The three became fast friends and shared a strong passion for singing. As a result, they founded “The Trio,” which was a high school Cappella trio. The Pentatonix Group was founded after the trio teamed together with two more singers, Avi Kaplan and Kevin Olusola. Pentatonix takes its name from the pentatonic scale, a musical scale or mode with five notes per octave, which represents the group’s five members. To make it more appealing, they replaced the last letter with an “x.”
The group has entered the new season of the reality competition Sing-Off. They were crowned the winner of the show’s third season, and songs like “E.T.” by Katy Perry, “Love Lockdown” by Kanye West, and “Eye of the Tiger” by Survivor captured not just the judges’ hearts, but also the public’s.

Nitch Grassi Gay Rumors Exposed
Mitch Grassi, who is 26 years old, has already been linked to various men. He was thought to be dating his bandmate, Scott Hoying, for a time, as both of them were openly gay and were frequently seen together.
They were said to have been in a relationship throughout their high school years, and both of them jokingly referred to each other on social media as a spouse. Because they’ve been friends since childhood and are both gay, there have been some suspicions regarding their connection. Superfruit is a musical/comedy duet comprised of these two, as well as the name of their show.
Their photos of picnics and beach vacations depicted them as a married pair, and several media outlets referred to their photos as “couple goals.” But they constantly ignored the rumors, insisting that they are best friends.
Moving on from the rumors, Mitch dated Travis Bush in 2013, but their relationship was short-lived. However, he is currently dating Beau Sloane, a 24-year-old musician, and songwriter. They’ve been upfront about their romance and have been seen exchanging photos of one other on social media. They’ve been dating since September 2017, and they’ve hinted that they might get married.
