Joe Locicero, an American actor and model, has announced that he is no longer available for marriage. On July 30, 2018, Joe, 31, posted a photo on Instagram of his girlfriend, Gina Rodriguez, wearing a big rock on her ring finger. His post has already received over 19,000 likes.
In an Instagram post, he wished his girlfriend a happy birthday and referred to her as his love. The caption on the popular photo read:
