Cody Kearsley is a Canadian actor who rose to fame thanks to his outstanding performances as Moose in Riverdale and Turbo Bro Jock in Daybreak.
While his two roles may lead some to believe he is gay, the actor is straight.
Cody Kearsley Short Bio
The 6 feet 2-inch actor is a very private person who prefers to keep his personal life hidden from the public eye.
Onscreen, though, the actor is aiming for greater heights. In the 2020 picture Breach, he recently squared up to box-office juggernaut Bruce Willis. Despite his role as Hawkeye in the 2017 Power Rangers, this was his first lead role in a film, and it was with Willis.
The Daybreak actor will next be seen in River Road starring Melanie Rose Wilson in the role of Travis. The story revolves around a passionate love affair between a rock musician (Kearsley) and a free-spirited woman (Wilson). Nonetheless, it eventually spirals out of control, leading to a world of drug addiction and crime.

Gay Roles of Cody Kearsley
Kearsley has been in two television shows, both of which he beautifully portrays the role of a bisexual. One of these shows is Riverdale, a hit CW series (2017-20).
Kearsley plays Marmaduke “Moose” Mason, a bisexual character on Riverdale.
He has relationships with both boys and girls in the series [spoiler alert]. Moose was dating Midge Klump, played by Emilija Baranac, at first. They eventually split up as the show progressed, and by the third season, Moose was in a gay relationship with Kevin Keller, played by actor Casey Cott.
Moose, on the other hand, kept his connection a secret because he was terrified to divulge his sexual orientation. He ultimately confessed to his father afterward. His father becomes enraged and threatens to enlist him in the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. As a result, Moose moves out of Riverdale and into his aunt’s home in Glendale.

In the Netflix comedy-drama Daybreak, he plays another bisexual character.
He was even involved in some gay kissing moments with another male character, Austin Crute’s Wesley Fists, in the series.
Kearsley is close friends with Crute, his gay Daybreak co-star, off-screen. Crute claimed in an interview with Gaytimes in October 2019 that he had a good friendly relationship with Kearsley and that he admires his habits and overall personality features, but that kissing his straight co-star on the show felt strange.
Despite this, Crute praised his co-star and even gave him a public shout-out.
Given how well Kearsley portrayed both of these characters, it’s no surprise that the question “Is Cody Kearsley gay?” has been asked for quite some time. That, though, is simply his commitment to his profession. The fact that Kearsley sparked numerous inquiries is a credit to his ability to represent any roles with accuracy.
Kearsley is not gay, to put it as plainly as possible.
