Justise Winslow, an American professional basketball player who has built a name for himself in the basketball world despite injuries since the beginning, is one to watch in the future.
The NBA shooting guard, known for his rapid dribbles and sharpshooting skills, may not have filled the shoes he was anticipated to fill, but he’s been adding numbers to his stats, and there’s no stopping him now, even with injuries.
Winslow, who has tremendous potential, gets $39 million per year from his Miami Heat contract, despite the fact that he is only 21 years old.

Justise was his given name when he was born. Justine Winslow was born on March 26, 1996, to Robin Davis (father) and Rickie Winslow (mother) in Houston, Texas, United States.
He got a lot of passion and interest for basketball from an early age because he was born into an athletic household where his father was a basketball player and a member of the legendary Phi Slama Jama.
His hair is a little afro-styled. Winslow attended St. John’s High School, and it was there that his career as a basketball player began. In 2013–14, he was named the 2013 Gatorade Texas Player of the Year with average averages of 27.5 points, 13.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.1 blocks, and 1.8 steals per game.
He always wanted to stay connected to the game after leaving high school, and joining Duke University was just what he needed to guide his career in a specific direction. He appeared in 39 games as a freshman for the University, averaging 12.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.3 steals in 29.1 minutes per game.
While playing collegiate basketball for Duke, he was also named to the All-ACC team.
At the age of 19, he was ready for NBA drafts after making an immediate impact with remarkable figures for his age.

Justice Winslow, who is 6 feet 7 inches tall, began his professional basketball career in 2015 after being selected as the Miami Heat’s 10th overall pick in the NBA draft. After signing a contract with the Heats, he was given the number 20 jersey and was assigned to the shooting guard position.
On October 28, 2015, he made his NBA debut, scoring five points and grabbing seven rebounds in a game against the Charlotte Hornets. He struggled to settle in Miami from the outset, which was exacerbated by an ankle injury suffered so early in his career.
However, like an army on a mission, he kept working hard and, after returning from injury, surpassed his season-high of 20 points against the Denver Nuggets on March 14, 2016. But, unfortunately, it was his only good game of the season.
And, despite failing to live up to expectations at the end of the 2015-16 season, he was named to the NBA All-Rookie Season Team.
Just when you thought he’d found his feet in Miami, he was sidelined by another injury to his injured left wrist, which limited him to just 18 games in the 2016-17 season.
After resuming his career after such an injury, Winslow went on to set a season-high with 23 points and 13 rebounds in a win over the Los Angeles Lakers on December 22, 2016. Despair for the young man as he went back to his regular routine after getting surgery for a ruptured labrum in his right shoulder on January 5, 2017.
After returning from a shoulder injury later in 2017, Winslow played in 68 games in total during the 2017-18 season, averaging 7.8 points per game.
Looking at Winslow’s three-year career after being picked, it’s safe to assume that injury has had a significant impact on the rook’s unsatisfactory stats, as he went from averaging 12.6 points in college to averaging 6.8 points after being drafted. However, the youngster is now adamant about making a name for himself in the NBA, and we may see a lot more of him in the 2018-19 season.
